Our Orlando movers accepted the Wheaton World Wide Moving ALS Ice Bucket Challenge this August. At CMS Orlando, we never do things halfway. To participate in the challenge, we filled one of our trucks with 200 pounds of ice, enough for our entire team to join in. Our movers had fun and were eager for the opportunity to raise awareness for ALS. Click on the video below to see how our movers in Orlando held up during the challenge!

The Ice Bucket Challenge began in the summer of 2014 to raise public awareness of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), a disease that has not received much media attention in the past. ALS is a neurodegenerative disorder that affects the muscles and often leads to total paralysis. For a vast majority of patients, ALS is a fatal disease.

CMS Orlando is grateful to be one of the moving companies Orlando who had the opportunity to take part in the Wheaton ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. We hope that our video and donations contribute to finding a cure for ALS.

Our Orlando moving company has nominated Jim and Pam Fontaine, Mike and Katie Long and our friends at Liberty Movers to take the next Ice Bucket Challenge. Contact us today for more details!
